Notification of Copyright Infringement

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
To file a DMCA Notice, please include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the infringing material, including the URL where it is located on our service.
- Your contact details, including mailing address, phone number, and email (if available).
- The following statements, included verbatim in the notice:
- "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
- "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
- Your full legal name and electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notice
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA Notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may file a Counter-Notice under Sections 512(g)(2) and 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed content unless we receive notification from the original copyright claimant that they have initiated legal proceedings.
Required Information for a Counter-Notice:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to an error or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email (if available).
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your location or any applicable jurisdiction.
- Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).

Notification of Trademark Infringement
If you believe your registered trademark is being used improperly on our service, please submit a Trademark Infringement Notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of an authorized representative.
- Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the trademark, including:
- If registered: A copy of the federal trademark registration certificate.
- If unregistered: Sufficient evidence establishing your rights in the mark.
- Identification of the infringing use, including where it appears on our service.
- A statement affirming your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of your notice and your authority over the mark.
We will assess your complaint and may take appropriate action, including notifying the responsible user and/or removing the infringing material.
Disclaimer: No Adjudication of IP Disputes
We are not an intellectual property tribunal. While we review complaints and may take action at our discretion, we do not adjudicate disputes regarding IP ownership or infringement. If a user disputes a takedown request and provides evidence supporting their position, we may reinstate the content. By using our service, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims related to IP disputes.
